Tidy up your room

Cleaning your room, or any area of your home, is one of those tasks that's so easy to put off for months. We all get so caught up with work and and other activities and end up just saying "I'll just clean up tomorrow!" And then it gets moved to the next day, and the next day... Well, now that we'll be staying at home for the next few weeks, it's the perfect time to finally start the cleaning! Throw out trash that's lying around, disinfect your everyday gadgets, organize your closet, do whatever you need! It shouldn't take too long – depending on how much clutter you've collected – and who knows? You might just find it therapeutic. Plus we're sure that having a neat space will make you feel even more relaxed, whether you're working from home, or just waiting for the quarantine period to pass.

Catch up on old and new episodes of The Morning Rush podcast

Missing those early morning laughs you get from Chico, Hazel, Rica, and Markki? You'll never get bored by listening to The Morning Rush podcast channel. And we love it when you guys tag us on Twitter or Instagram saying you were laughing out loud alone while listening to the podcast online ('cuz the same thing happens to us). You can listen to the most recent episodes from 2018-2020, or you could take it waaay back to 2006-2008! Talk about a blast from the past! How old were you back then, when you started listening to the Monster and became a Rusher? Jk, we won't ask, we know you stay youthful. ;)

Watch RX Concert Series performances of your favorite local acts

Did you know we upload all the RX Concert Series videos to our YouTube channel? So if you didn't get to catch them live on air, don't fret, cause you can watch them all online! You can still get a feel of watching the artists and bands perform live, without having to go to a crowded concert – since, you know, those aren't happening right now either. Some big local acts you might want to check out: Ben&Ben, Unique, Mayonnaise, Gracenote, and more! 'Til the next time we get to see our faves in person, this will definitely do for now.

Get some exercise and work out at home

Just because you can't go to the gym or sign up for your usual fitness classes, doesn't mean you can't stay in shape. If you've got some fitness equipment at home, like a treadmill or some dumbbells, that's great! If not, there are a ton of equipment-free workouts you can do right at home. Ask your gym buddies or do a quick Google search for suggestions! A lot of fitness instructors are also taking to Instagram stories to show their home exercises, so go check them out, too.

Check out YouTube vlogs from the Monster Jocks and celebrity guests

The Monster has had a ton of local and international celebrities guest on our shows! And they've done a bunch of crazy videos with us, too: dance tutorials, pickup lines, Never Have I Ever, and a lot more! Some guests you might wanna keep an eye out for: Arjo Atayde, James Reid, Julie Anne San Jose... Plus we've got the Monster Jocks doing their own thing, too, like The Morning Rush Taste Taste episodes, Wild x Wicked makeup challenges, among other things. Wanna see if the people you stan have been on the Monster YouTube channel? Subscribe now so you never miss out: https://www.youtube.com/user/RX931

Call up your friends and relatives

Don't let the social distance cut ties with your loved ones. This quarantine isn't easy for a lot of us, especially for the ones separated from the people they care about most! A phone call to check up could very much turn someone's day around. If you have access to video-calling apps like Messenger, Viber, or Skype, setting up a group video call could work, too! That way, you can still feel each other's presence despite the distance.

Learn a new hobby, practice a new skill, make new art, listen to new music

Time to let your creativity shine! Start that art project you didn't have time for before, learn how to cook your favorite comfort food, or tune in to the Monster and listen to artists you haven't heard before. That way when this quarantine period ends, you'll have a new skill up your sleeve that you can share with the outside world!
