It may be hump day, but our All Out guest definitely made this Riot Wednesday way more exciting and insightful. Rico and Karla were joined on the show by none other than Nico Bolzico!

With his fame booming over the past few years, Nico is known for several things: his hilarious Instagram, his pet stories, his many businesses, his crazy fit body, and not to mention his gorgeous wife and adorable daughter! It’s amazing that a man who grew up in a small Argentinian town has become one of the Philippines’ most well-loved celebrities – and even more that he excels in all aspects of his life! What’s Nico’s secret to it all? That’s what we learned on this insightful, tell-all episode of All Out.

This Argentinian considers himself part of the Filipino people now, but part of his heart is still left at home. Nico listed the three things he misses most about Argentina besides his family and friends: the horses, the farm he grew up on, and the weather! Before social media stardom came along, Nico really grew up surrounded by nature and agriculture – so when it comes to Bolzico beef, you can trust that this guy knows his stuff.

Nico was thrust into the spotlight when he started dating Solenn Heusaff, a life he did not expect at all; he even took a video of Solenn confirming their relationship as proof for his friends in Argentina who didn’t believe him. At the time he thought, “A hundred percent she was completely out of my league.” Fast forward a couple of years and they’re one of the country’s most famous couples! For that, Nico credits his ability to make Solenn laugh. “The humor is 90% of it. My sense of humor, I’m blessed with a really natural sense of humor, and that’s what sealed the deal!”

We love that we get to see little pieces of the #SosBolz marriage through their social media posts! We’re sure you Monsters are familiar with the Bullied Husbands Club, something Nico started posting out of the blue that became a phenomenon with fans. As the “founder” of the club, Nico says that it’s all about respecting women and seeing things from their perspective. “Women are way stronger than men, I always say that,” Nico explained. “The club comes from a perspective where we actually celebrate women and treat them like the super bosses they are.” Super bosses, we love that!

Karla agreed, saying that the Bullied Husband posts don’t make men seem smaller or weaker, but just makes them more aware of what they are doing for their wives. Let’s go, empowered women!

Nico’s admiration for his wife, and with women in general, was brought to a whole new level during Solenn’s pregnancy. We don’t always see the rough patches on social media, but it turns out Solenn had some complications while she was pregnant with Thylane. Fortunately, the pregnancy had a happy ending, as Nico says, and he’s been loving fatherhood! “I thought, I will love my baby, but it cannot be that different from the love I have for Solenn or for my family. But then you realize it’s completely different. Something that no matter how many parents tell you about it, you won’t understand it ‘til you actually live it.” How sweet!

If you follow Nico’s Instagram stories, you’ll know about his recent series, Mornings with Tilibolz. This morning routine is part of a promise Nico made: “I wrote a statement with conditions that as a father to Thylane, things I will never change,” he explained. “I promised to dedicate every single morning of my life to her.”

After his mornings with Tilibolz, Nico’s day-to-day routine includes working remotely to oversee three (yes, three) businesses, and occasionally shooting videos for brands at home with a small two-man production team. How does he manage getting all these done? “It’s all about priorities and organization,” he said.

Nico told Rico and Karla about his “productive sprints,” where if he needs to focus on one task, he disconnects everything else and focuses on that talk for 45 minutes to an hour. It also helps to think ahead – when Nico wakes up, he knows where his day is headed.

You might be thinking, how on earth does this man find the time to work out? How is he still so ripped? That’s where his new app Rebel comes into the picture! Rebel is a fitness app Nico developed with Erwan Heusaff and their partner Gilles. They aim to help Filipinos bridge what they want and what they do, workout wise. And they’ve gotten some of the best Filipino coaches and trainers to be part of their team! “Why are we looking for advice from outside when there’s so much talent here in the Philippines? We have great people that can help w the Filipinos’ health journey.”

With the app, you can get workout plans catered to your goals. Only have 15 minutes a day? Wanna work on your upper body? Strengthen your abs? Rebel has got the exercises for you – for free! “For me, working out is boring,” admitted Nico. “But I do it every single day because I think it’s super important for everything you do after it. And also to be healthy! I want to be able to lift Thylane at the age of 75… maybe not at the age of 75, she’s gonna be 35.”

Whether it’s a fitness routine, a love letter to Thylane, a Wifezilla encounter, or a day with the pets, Nico’s social media posts never fail to bring some light to our days! He never expected he’d become an influencer, but he proves to us time and again that he’ll never run out of witty, authentic content. “How can I get a smile out of it?” is the question Nico asks himself with every post (and of course, he needs Solenn’s approval, too). It’s no wonder the Philippine audience has so lovingly accepted him.

There are plenty things Nico admires about the Philippines, too! For him, it’s really the Filipino people that make this country so special. “I’ve seen so many Filipinos coming together and helping each other,” he said. “We always need to remind ourselves that we are a strong nation and we have probably the best people in the world, because I don’t see that in other countries.”
