For the first time on the Monster, Coleen Garcia-Crawford chats with Rico about her current life happenings as a new mom while also being back to work and starring in her new film!

We get a glimpse of Coleen’s motherhood journey on her social media and even on Youtube as she just loves to share the beautiful things in her life. Both the glamorous side and hardships of motherhood are what Coleen shares to the world as she never shy away from sharing those moments. Coleen is as real as it gets! Every woman, whether a mother or not, can get a lot of inspiration and truth from what Coleen shares throughout her journey. For her, these milestones that she put out for the world to see are something that she can look back on.

We know how Coleen and celebrity husband Billy Crawford are super parents to their son, Amari. They may be new parents but they are definitely doing so well! In terms of them becoming parents, Coleen gives props to husband Billy and shares that their son is always excited when Billy is around. Being so busy with work, Billy hardly spends time at home, so they all cherish the moments when Billy gets to play with their son. Coleen also mentions how Billy is a super husband to her, helping her around even with the tiniest tasks, which she appreciates so much. But Coleen dispels the fact that Billy is the “fun parent” saying that Billy just has more energy than her, yet he is also more strict. We can just imagine the fun in the Crawford household plus the dynamics of both Billy and Coleen that make parenthood work so well for them!

Billy and Coleen have been a couple in the limelight for a long time but their journey wasn’t the easiest. Coleen became a huge part in Billy's life-changing transformation and she slowly but surely helped him get up on his feet. According to Coleen, there were so many people trying to control the way Billy lives his life and she would just express concern but never tell him to stop. Eventually Billy just had the initiative to take matters into his own hands and learn on his own. It was a rough road for Billy at the start as Coleen witnessed all of this.

With the challenges they endured in their relationship, there were moments Coleen wanted to give up. But what made her stay? It was simple. Billy just never let her leave. He always fought for her to stay. “Ever since he quit, it was a huge change not just in our relationship but also in his life.” We are happy to hear how their journey had a happy ending! We’re rooting for these super parents to continue lifting each other up as they also become role models and amazing parents to their son.

Along with parenthood, Coleen is also back on the big screen! She stars in the newly released star-studded action-drama film titled “Adarna Gang”, a film inspired by the Filipino mythological story of “Ibong Adarna”.

“It was something different, something I haven’t done so I’m all for that.” Coleen also loved the script and how she could easily visualize the story, which also gave her more reason to say yes to the film. Coleen describes the film as not heavily-action packed, but rather gives off an eerie tone, which makes it stand out to her.

It was fun and enlightening to have Coleen on the show with the stories she told and experiences we learned from her. She also hinted on more films to come in the future, so that’s something we can look forward to from the actress! In the meantime, Adarna Gang is now streaming on VIVAMAX.
