The Rose’s ‘Dawn To Dusk’ tour is a beautiful celebration of music, and the Monster got to be a part of the Manila stop held last January 26 at the Araneta Coliseum!

Formed in 2017, the Korean indie rock band is composed of members Kim Woosung (vocals & guitar), Park Dojoon (keyboard & vocals), Lee Hajoon (drums), and Lee Jaehyeong (bass). Reflecting on just how far they’ve come, the band shared: "We've been together for 7 years. We started creating music in a place called Hongdae in Korea. We started performing in the streets. 20-30 people were there, and more than half of them were our friends. After 7 years, here we are, in front of you guys." And Filo Black Roses couldn’t be more thankful for that!

The Big Dome was shaking with the fans’ enthusiasm, and everyone was singing along to the band’s jam-packed setlist that included 'Eclipse,' 'Dawn,' 'You’re Beautiful,' 'Shift,’ Lifeline,’ ‘RED,’ ‘Nauseous,’ ‘Back to Me,’ ‘Yes,’ ‘Time,’ ‘Beauty and the Beast,’ ‘Sorry,’ ‘Sour,’ ‘She's in the Rain,’ and ‘Wonder.’ Woosung was particularly impressed: "You guys are truly Filipinos because everybody here is good at singing. Today’s concert is The Rose featuring Black Roses!"

Before leaving the stage, the quartet also handed red roses to several lucky fans in the crowd, making the standing section seem like a beautiful field of flowers. The opportunity to bring home such a priceless concert keepsake will forever be treasured by Black Roses for sure!

Dojoon then thanked their Filo fans for their unwavering support, and the power of music for bringing all of us together. “Music is healing. music could move people's hearts, and music finds people. I think we are all here because of music,” he said. "We will cherish this great love and energy tonight. Thanks for taking the time to be part of this wonderful journey. I hope you had a great time like us today. We will go wherever our music takes us."

And we will be there for you boys for sure! Thank you for a solid night of music, The Rose! Thank you as well to Ovation Productions for the photos and for making this event possible.
